Revocation Conditions

As per Certificate Operating Procedures the Certificate is revoked if any of the following conditions prevail:

1. mtnlTrustLine Security & Audit or mtnlTrustLine Validation & CS administrators discover or have reasons to believe that the details listed in the certificate is no longer valid.
2. E-mail from subscriber to revocation@mtnltrustline.com, signed using the certificate to be revoked & mentioning Reason for revocation
3. Online request from subscriber by clicking” Revocation” on https://mtnltrustline.com.
4. Unsigned e-mail from subscriber to revocation@mtnltrustline.com, providing the following details about the certificate to be revoked:

a. Name of the Applicant

b. Reference Id (Serial Number in the subject field of your certificate)

c. Certificate Serial No(As appering in the certificate)

d. E-mail id (as appearing in the certificate)

e. Reason for revocation

The Digital Certificate Number is mandatory field .Your request shall be processed as per the procedures defined in mtnltrustline.
